Tim Finchem expressed his optimism about reaching an agreement with the PIF and at least one additional investor before the year’s end. Speaking at The New York Times’ DealBook Summit in New York City, Finchem highlighted the December 31 deadline for establishing a framework agreement with both the PIF and DP World Tour, emphasizing its significance.
