The second leg of the season-ending FedEx Cup playoffs tees off this week with the BMW Championship at Castle Pines Golf Club in Castle Rock, Colorado. Hideki Matsuyama won last week’s FedEx St. Jude Championship. Now, the top 50 players in the FedEx Cup standings move on to compete for the PGA Tour’s biggest prize.

Defending event and 2023 FedEx Cup champion Viktor Hovland, who finished two strokes behind Matsuyama last week, looks to capture the largest share of the $20 million purse at Castle Pines. The winner will carry $3.6 million and 2,000 FedEx Cup points into the Tour Championship season finale. Hovland enters the BMW Championship in 16th place.
