He’s been ranked highly in the Australian National Junior rankings for the past two years, and his play in national junior events has been outstanding. We cannot wait to get him on campus in January and have him in the lineup for the spring events.”

“Every person we talked to with influence in the Australian golf scene had nothing but praise for Joshua and his character as a person,” Odom said. “This is evidenced by his selection as captain of numerous state and national junior teams. He’s posted consistently high finishes in all his events and his dedication to the game and his own development looks to be second to none. We’re convinced he’s going to be a phenomenal teammate and player for this squad.”
Buddenhagen comes to Kennesaw from Gloucester, Ma. where he is enrolled at Pingree School. He spent his first three years of high school at IMG Academy in Florida. “Evan is a highly talented athlete who loves to work hard and compete on and off the course, ” Odom added. “After attending IMG Academy in Florida for early high school years, Evan decided to return home to his local school for senior year. I’ve gotten to know Evan’s family throughout the recruiting process and couldn’t be happier with their character and type of player he will bring to the program.”
